We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with our work, including code, designs, and documentation. You will own the intellectual property rights to the content you provide for your website.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTY AS TO THE PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
